This Cymbidium Orchid is called “Terrapin Flyer” it is a hybrid. The center of the orchid is an ivory white and speckled red, the pedals are bright lime green almost fluorescent. As the flower matures, the pedals develop a darker green outlines The plant reaches a maximum height of 2-3 feet and the spikes produce 10-15 flowers.
Due to their native climate, they require plenty of water and partial shade. Direct sunlight, from morning to noon will damage the plant and so will excessive heat.
